Founder of the Sophie Memorial Animal Relief Trust (SMART) in Greater Noida, she has dedicated her life to the rehabilitation of stray animals, creating a sanctuary for those often overlooked by society. Kaveri's love for animals started after the loss of her first adopted dog, Sophie, whose memory fueled her mission to protect and care for abandoned and injured animals. Founded in 2017, SMART was the first shelter in Greater Noida, and through Kaveri's relentless dedication, it has since rescued over 4,000 animals, including dogs, cats, cows, and even donkeys.
